Carl Kabat asked for the following to be broadcast:
Carl received notice that a letter had been dead-lettered because
there was no return address on the outside. If you are the sender of
this, try again. All others beware. The Sheriff is picky!

If anyone worries that Carl might run short of smokes, money orders
must be payable to WELD COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE with Carl's name on them
somewhere.
Carl has asked that his case be transferred to federal court where he
will request a jury trial.
