Problem with Adaptec Raid 3200S and MSI K7D Master Mainboard

Hello,
i have now a new MSI Mainboard (MSI-6501 K7D-L Master Version:1) with
two AMD MP2800+ and 512 Mb reg./ECC Infinion DDR Ram.
The board has the latest Bios (1.82). The System works fine when i am using
IDE HDD but when i connect my SCSI Raidcontroller (Adaptec 3200S with the
latest I2O Bios 1.62) the system hangs during POST.
I removed all PCI cards and tried allready diffrent PCI Slots. I disabled
all onboard devices but i still
have the problem.
Has anyone the same problem or an solution ? Adaptec told me that the
mainboard bios is the problem. And when i asking MSI they didn´t answer :-(

Try going into the CTRL+A (SMOR) on the 3200. Then locate the "EBDA
Enable" option. It is most likely disabled, tyr enabling this option.
