Unfortunately not. "Last Cell" refers to the last cell used in the
current worksheet. Say that you have contents in cell D10 and nothing
to the right or below that. Using Edit -> Goto -> Special -> Last Cell
will always take you to D10, regardless of where the cursor was prior
to that.
