What is the name of the .exe file that is the system
configuration utility for win2k. in xp it is
msconfig.exe.

Please help. My goal is to cut apps from the startup.

Microsoft did not include it in 2000.
The one from XP works in 2000.
The one from XP works in 2000.
- Copy Msconfig.exe from an XP machine, or
- Download Msconfig.exe and put it in the WINNT\System32
folder.
