Most definitely - as legit as Brentwick University, University of Palmers
Green, Harrington University, University of San Moritz, University of
Devonshire....

Shelbourne University seems to be the 6th new name of what is the largest
diploma mill racket in recent years. They apparently change their name every
few months, or when the last phony starts getting some bad publicity.

Originally San Moritz, then Palmers Green, then Harrington, then Brentwick,
then Devonshire and now, it would seem, Shelbourne.

A multi-million dollar international fraud, with tentacles in the US, the
UK, Romania, Israel, and Cyprus.

diploma mills for the FBI since 1979(

Thanks for the replies!

I wondered what the deal is..... I keep getting telemarketing calls from
these people. I finally looked them up and figured they could at least get
their own domain name if legitimate.
