Is there a direct way to remotely use WMI to determine if
a ethernet network card is configured for a particular
property (Duplex)? I see numerous ways to gather other
info via WMI but this particular one eludes me. Any help
or guidence is appreciated. Thanks.

That information is not exposed in any WinMgmt class; it's implemented
in the OEM Supplied add-on property page.
You will need to use SetupDiXXXX API to get such information.

For more information search (in this newsgroup) for
"Network Adapter Duplex Mode".
