Completely phony. The owner, Professor Grimaldi (who claims to be of the
royal family of Monaco) was featured in the British press when he offered
to sell a very large number of blank Southern Eastern diplomas to an
undercover reporter. Grimaldi claims it never happened and the press was
out to get him.

When I visited the "campus" in 1997, I found it to be a small duplex in a
block of flats in the London docks area.

For fun, check out their Board of Regents:

http://www.sascholarships.com/regents.htm

They include President Clinton, Bob Hope, and Sir Peter Ustinov among many,
many others.

Let's not forget Sir Yehudi Menuhin!

I would assume that this yahoo could get in trouble for propping up his
credibility on these folks' reputations!

I can verify that it's entirely bogus, as are the claims of ABA and
'Inns of Court' 'recognition' on its web site. When I last encountered
it, a couple of years ago, the 'university' was being run from a
maisonette in the London docklands, from which the 'dean', a 'Mr
Grimaldi', also ran a bogus law firm!

At the time, their activities fell just within the bounds of legality.
It seems, from following the url you quoted to their web site, that that
is no longer the case. I have notified the appropriate authorities.

The list certainly doesn't have a very distinguised start.
And the second name, that of W. J. McCuan, Secretary of
State, Arkansas, USA, is undoubtedly W. J. (Bill) McCuen,
former Secretary of State, Arkansas who was convicted of
several offenses relating to mismanagement of state funds
netting him a seventeen year prison sentence.

The school, incidentally, was registered as a domestic
non-profit in Arkansas on 8-30-93. The agent is listed as
having resigned.

He has something in common with Mr 'Grimaldi', then, who also has a
prison record.

According to his local newspaper, the Newham Observer, Mr 'Grimaldi' has
been a guest of Her Majesty for, inter alia, interfering with teenage
boys! My spies tell me that he is also currently under investigation by
the local police for an alleged pensions fraud.
