I have the TFTP Daemon running that came with Windows 2000 Server. I need to
change it's root drive and folder.

I know it's considered bad form to answer yourself, but I am going to do it

All of the commands associated with the TFTPD.exe program in Windows 2000
Server can be seen by going to the winnt/system32 folder at a command prompt
and typing tftpd -?
The list includes the registry keys that you can add for changes. The only
thing it wouldn't do was allow a change of IP bind.
