I noticed in your signature that it contained a binary string, right?

What I wanted to know is, how do you decode this information?
I've been lead to believe that each double numeral/letter represents a
particular number/letter in the alphabet and once decoded/crypted can be
read, so long as it was legiable in the first place.
Maybe you know where I can find the relevant info I need to decrypt binary
strings, like the one above? I've searched google and found nothing of any
use.
