Who am I question a tradition of such venerable antiquity? I was
disappointed to discover that the prize was not so valuable as to
require a police escort, as Garry appears to imply.

However, it's a mighty fine T-shirt, and certainly bears some
morphological similarity to a T, if not to a tee. I have today been
sporting it around the ancient port of Poole, and whilst it drew few,
if any, admiring glances, it at least failed to frighten any children
or horses.

For the pathologically curious I will say that the shirt is in a
tasteful marbled grey material, and bears a modestly sized inscription
in Olde Worlde gothic script of the ng's name, on a field vass (if I
am any judge).

I would like to thank my agent, my manager, my parents, my
proof-reader, my analyst, and last but not least, all of you wonderful
people for making it all possible <chokes back sob> I... I love you
all daahlings.
