I recently submitted an application for admission to ASHWORTH college. I
have been abroad for a while, and haven't heard of degree mills until I
subscribed to this newsgroup. They say that they are accredited by the DETC
and they are located in Nocross Georgia....
Long story short...is THIS a paper mill?

Yes.
Of course naming it after the U.S. Attorney General shows a certain panache.
You can confirm that they are not DETC-accredited on the DETC site,
http://www.detc.org
BTW - I thought the AG was Ashcroft?

Is accredited by the DETC. They have a fairly good reputation as a trade
school for Paralegals.

Indeed, there is a big new phony called Ashcroft University -- and there is a
legitimate, DETC-accredited proprietary Associate-granting school called
Ashworth.
Mea culpa.
