Microsoft took all its Fortran products off the market as of last April.
They are recommending DIGITAL Visual Fortran as the natural
migration/upgrade path. DIGITAL Visual Fortran combines DIGITAL's own
industry-leading Fortran 90 compiler with Microsoft's latest Developer
Studio IDE, providing a high quality, high performance Fortran
environment which meshes seamlessly with Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 and
Visual Studio 97.

Our introductory discount on DIGITAL Visual Fortran Standard Edition
will expire on August 31.

It's no longer marketed so you're probably out of luck. (I use both
versions and both have too many bugs for my taste.)
