The number,( Sheet 1- G72,) Compare G72 to a list off numbers,
(Sheet 2-A1:A2) pick the number that is closest or equal, then chose the
number directly to the right in colum B, take that number and send it to
(sheet 1, O11)

Use this formula in O11.

=INDIRECT("Sheet2!B"&MATCH(MIN(ABS(G72-Sheet2!A1:A2)),ABS(G72-Sheet2!A1:A2),
0))

Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys when entering this formula.
