Hi,
The only way I have seen this done is with logon and logoff scripts (using
Group Policy) that append to a log file. I have an example logon script that
does this linked on this page:

A similar script could be used for a logoff script. I've used this for years
to track usage. The log file can be imported into a spreadsheet for
analysis.
