I Install NT 4.0 and SP4 and Optionpack 4.0.
Still NT is good. But I install my modem driver and when I reboot,
NT display BLUE SCREEN,,

and
STOP Message and NDIS.SYS driver has error.

How can I solve this situation ?

I think, after I enter command line mode, delete NDIS.SYS, then
OK ?... but how can I NT command line mode ?
Is there any method of floppy booting and can I enter the command line mode
?

Please Help Me...

from Richard.

I wouldn't recommend deleting files in command line mode as they will still be
referenced from the registry and U will still suffer problems.

Instead boot with the "Last know Good" option (availble from the loader screen)

Then delete you modem driver, reboot and it should start properly. (you may
also have to delete your NIC)

I would also ensure the drive for the modem is the very latest version. If it
re-occurs, check technet (support.online) for the STOP error to work out what's
happening.
