I'm having problems with my usb conected mn510, I
sometimes have to reboot my computer 3 or more times to
get a connection to my network. sometimes the lphlpsvr
will dontinually open it self hundreds of times. sometimes
in order to get a connection, I have to go into network
properties and go in and out of the various adapter
properties and then restart my comnputer. In addition to
this wonderful problem, my two computer's don't recogize
each other and if I try to transfer a file when they do
decide to fine eachother, I loose my connection in the
middle of the file transfer. Can anyone out ther help
me????

Are you absolutely positive it is lphlpsvr and not iplhspvr, which is a
virus?

Okay. I suggest you go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs and
uninstall the Microsoft Broadband Networking software. You can still manage
your base station via 192.168.2.1 (or whatever you set as the base station
IP) in your browser. The software front end is not necessary.

So what your telling me is I don't need the microsoft
broadband network software to run this network? I cant see
the other computer in network neighborhood either though.

Correct. Not seeing the other system isn't a portion of the Broadband
Networking software, that's an error of it perhaps not being part of the
same Workgroup, having an active firewall (ZoneAlarm?) or something else
that's hiding it.
