Found in another group and I have NOT tested it, use at your own risk:

-----------
Using Imaging for Windows after Upgrading to Windows XP

If you have upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 95 OSR2, 98, NT 4 or 2000,
you can still use the Kodak Imaging for Windows applications and ActiveX
controls if you can access the files listed below. If you installed XP to
another folder, thus preserving your previous Windows version, or if you can
re-install your previous version of Windows on another partition or
computer, you can copy the files to a safe directory and register the
ActiveX controls as described below. If you have not yet upgraded to Windows
XP, I suggest archiving copies of these files in a separate location before
performing the upgrade.

Copy the following files from the \Windows\System directory (\System32 in NT
or 2000):
IMAGEHLP.DLL
IMGADMIN.OCX
IMGCMN.DLL
IMGEDIT.OCX
IMGSCAN.OCX
IMGSHL.DLL
IMGTHUMB.OCX
OIADM400.DLL
OICOM400.DLL
OIDIS400.DLL
OIFIL400.DLL
OIGFS400.DLL
OIPRT400.DLL
OISLB400.DLL
OISSQ400.DLL
OITWA400.DLL
OIUI400.DLL

Copy these files from \Windows\Help:
IMGVIEW.CHM
IMGHELP.CNT
IMGHELP.GID
IMGHELP.HLP
IMGOCXD.CNT
IMGOCXD.GID
IMGOCXD.HLP
IMGTASKS.CHM

(If the .GID files don't exist, they will be created when you use the
corresponding .HLP files.)
Copy these Kodak application files from \Windows:
KODAKIMG.EXE
KODAKPRV.EXE

These are all the ones I know about; there may be others. If you find any
other files whose property sheets label them as Wang or Eastman Software,
you might want to copy them too, just in case.

After you install Windows XP, you will need to register the ActiveX controls
(OCX files). The easiest way is to use the Start | Run facility and execute
the statement:
regsvr32 c:\imaging\imgadmin.ocx
(Of course, substitute the path where you archived your files.)

Repeat this for each of the four OCX files listed above.
