OT- Spam - Fake Degrees

I'm sure no-one takes any notice of this nonsense - but - as I happen to
work in (legitimate) Distance Learning and hate to see this rubbish, be
assured this is a SCAM as well as SPAM. Any degree got from this setup
will not be worth the paper it's written on.

There is no such thing as the University of Devonshire!
