I'm in Seattle and simply cannot get the guava and cheese pastries I love
from miami. I have some ingredients and will give it a try. who knows how
you're supposed to give the filo bread that sticky light taste?!?!
My wife is directing me to an irian cookbook on baklava for the bread
part...
if anyone can steer me or can take the time to type up some instructions, I
am really missing them.
