Medical evidence does not support suicide by Kelly

Thursday February 12, 2004
The Guardian

Since three of us wrote our letter to the Guardian on January 27,
questioning whether Dr Kelly's death was suicide, we have received
professional support for our view from vascular surgeon Martin
Birnstingl, pathologist Dr Peter Fletcher, and consultant in public
health Dr Andrew Rouse. We all agree that it is highly improbable that
the primary cause of Dr Kelly's death was haemorrhage from transection
of a single ulnar artery, as stated by Brian Hutton in his report.

Outra suicidada:

In the western world, only one newspaper reports the suicide of the
woman who accused George W Bush of rape

http://www.libertyforum.org/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=news_news&Number=1110893&Search=true&Forum=All_Forums&Words=only%20one&Match=Entire%20Phrase&Searchpage=1&Limit=25&Old=6months&Main=1110893

by Simon Aronowitz

Saturday 13th December 2003

Despite the enormity of the story, a virtual news blackout has
remained in place since Margie Schoedinger first filed charges against
George W Bush in 2002. Schoedinger had accused Bush of rape and other
sexual crimes against both her and her husband, only one publication
in the USA saw fit to print anything about her or her allegations.
That publication was her local newspaper.

Her subsequent suicide earlier this year raised many eyebrows amongst
those who learned of her death via the internet. Even though the
sequence of events was bizarre, again the American media ignored
Schoedinger completely.

However, the US press were not alone. Both the (London) Times
newspaper and the BBC as well as other major news organisations in the
UK were furnished with the story and sources for the original court
filings. This should have garnered some attention for the story from
the big media sources, if only to ridicule the allegations. Instead,
in the same way the American media served its audience a stream of
controlled news, so too did the British media by pretending
Schoedinger didn't exist.

Schoedinger apparently committed suicide on 22nd September of 2003 but
her death only attracted new attention on the internet in November of
2003. Only now has one small-circulation newspaper in the UK run the
story of her demise. It found the story so newsworthy it ran its
headline on the front page next to the title header.

The New Nation serves the black community of London and, according to
a spokesperson for the newspaper, has a circulation of 25,000. This
spokesperson also stated that the newspaper had confirmed the details
of the story before publishing and apologised for the misprinting of
Schoedinger's death as 12th December 2003.

That a newspaper in the English-speaking part of the world has finally
deemed this story worthy of publication finally gives legitimacy to
it. If one paper can cover this then so can others.

Many regular readers of `quality' newspapers such as the Times,
Telegraph and even the NY Times have never heard of Margie
Schoedinger. Her tale illustrates how the news available on the
internet is often of greater value than that which is paid for.
Editors should be asked by their paying readers and viewers why this
story has been censored.

One can only deduce that the likes of Rupert Murdoch, Lord Conrad
Black and Greg Dyke of the BBC have chosen to keep their political
masters happy by blacking out any reference to the allegations and
apparent suicide of Margie Schoedinger.

Hopefully the public will learn that what is news by the standards of
big-money radio, television and print may not be news according to
their readers. The support of independent media and its reference as a
reliable source is increasingly the only effective way to inform the
public of the real events in the world.

WOMAN WHO SUED BUSH IS FOUND DEAD

by Orantes Moore

New Nation

Monday 8th December 2003

A black woman who claimed to have been raped by US President George W
Bush and was planning to take him to court has died of a gun shot
wound to the head.

Continues on page four

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BUSH ACCUSER'S APPARENT SUICIDE

Continued from page 1

LAST FRIDAY (December 12), Margie Schoedinger, 38, was pronounced dead
as a result of a 'gunshot wound to the head'. The death was officially
registered as 'suicide' by the Harris County Examiner's Office.

As reported exclusively by New Nation in July, Schoedinger of Sugar
Land, Texas, had filed a lawsuit against President Bush (a former
Governor of Texas) in December 2002 accusing him of a series of
'individual sex crimes' against her and her husband.

In the amazing seven- page document, filed at Fort Bend County Court
in Texas, Schoedinger claimed that Bush had abducted, drugged, raped
and beat her.

She also suggested that she 'dated George W Bush as a minor', and the
President may have been the father of a child she miscarried following
the alleged rape.

Appear

Schoedinger said she had filed the lawsuit on December 3, 2002 and
although court documents filed on the following day mention Bush and
offer him 20 days to respond or appear in Fort Bend, it is still
unclear whether the President was ever served with the suit.

Schoedinger was attempting to claim US$1 million in actual damages,
plus US$49 million for punitive damages including emotional distress
and loss of freedom.

Speaking earlier this year to American journalist Jackson Thoreau,
Schoedinger said that the President had personally contacted her to
say that he wanted her dead, but could trust no one to carry out the
crime.

Of course, there is no indication that the president had anything
whatsoever to do with her death.

Of the lawsuit she said: 'I am still trying to prosecute, but as yet,
I haven't had a court date set.

'I want to get this matter settled and go on with my life. People have
to be accountable for what they do and that is why I am pursuing this
lawsuit.'

The US media had largely ignored the filing of the lawsuit and the
story had only appeared in a local newspaper.

I doubt that Dr David Kelly committed suicide

David Halpin MB BS FRCS

02/16/04: (ICH) The German word for suicide is more direct than the
English: Selbstmord - self-murder.

Did Dr David Kelly - husband, father of three daughters and a leading
world expert in chemical and germ warfare - murder himself, or was he
murdered by others?

When his violent death was first reported I felt he was likely a
victim of a wicked system that had used him and spat him out. I was
very sceptical that he could have bled to death from one cut wrist.

At first, the media spoke of 'alleged suicide', but by last November I
became aware that reporters were speaking of Dr Kelly's 'suicide'
without qualification. Objecting to this, on 15 December I wrote a
letter to the Morning Star - key extracts follow:

I write to enquire as to the status of the Coroner's inquest into the
death of Dr David Kelly. I hope that it has not been subsumed within
the Hutton enquiry.

He had been put through the psychological mincing machine? and it is
easy to imagine his sense of failure as well as betrayal in both
directions. We have been told that he died from a cut wrist and that
he had non-lethal levels of an analgesic in his blood.

As a past trauma and orthopaedic surgeon I cannot easily accept that
even the deepest cut into one wrist would cause such exsanguination
that death resulted. The two arteries are of matchstick size and would
have quickly shut down and clotted. Furthermore we have a man who was
expert in lethal substances and who apparently chose a most uncertain
method of suicide.

I then joined a group of two doctors and two lay people who had been
studying Dr Kelly's death from the start. One doctor is a retired
anaesthesiologist of some academic distinction, Dr Searle Sennett
FFARCS; the other, Dr Stephen Frost MB ChB BSc, is a diagnostic
radiologist. Rowena Thursby has acted as writer, editor and liaison
officer and Garrett Cooke is a computer consultant. None of us have
met but we have spoken on the phone and exchanged dozens of e-mails.
All letters/publications have been the result of meticulous study.

Martin Birnstingl MS FRCS, retired vascular surgeon, Dr Andrew Rouse,
consultant in public health, and Dr Peter Fletcher, pathologist have
recently joined us.

The group has most recently expressed its doubt about Dr Kelly's
'suicide' in the Guardian. Other articles appeared last month in the
Evening Standard, the Daily Mail and the Daily Express. On 21 January
we sent an eleven-page letter to coroner, Nicholas Gardiner. Here we
set out the medical/scientific reasons why we could not accept a
suicide verdict without a proper inquest, where witnesses can be
subpoenaed and evidence given on oath before a jury. Our main point
was the clean division of one small artery in this man's left wrist
(the ulnar artery) could not have caused such bleeding that death
resulted. An adult needs to lose about 5 pints of blood to die. This
little artery would have drawn back from the wound, constricted and
then clotted off. To lose even a pint of blood in this way would have
been unlikely. Very disturbing inconsistencies in the evidence
regarding how the corpse was positioned and who was present at the
death scene were also highlighted for the coroner in our letter.

Lord Hutton reported two weeks ago and his verdict was (predictably,
in view of the unchallenged pathology and toxicology reports) -
suicide.

His reasoning:

1. Firstly - bleeding from multiple small cuts or scratches to the
left wrist. To this I say that the multiplicity has no bearing; only
one small artery was divided.

2. Secondly - overdose of co-proxamol. But I note that the
toxicologist found that the levels of paracetamol and
dextropropoxyphene were a third or less than the levels which he knew
to be toxic.

3. Thirdly - 'silent coronary disease'. However, Dr Kelly is bound to
have had such disease, in common with all men of the same age. No
evidence was produced by the pathologist, Dr Nicholas Hunt, that he
had suffered a 'coronary'. .Lord Hutton might as well have included
the presence of the common cold and an in-growing toenail as further
contributors to death.

Dr David Kelly was treated shamefully by some of those in or on the
fringes of government. The least that should happen for this man and
his family is for the inquest to be re-opened, a jury called and the
most rigorous cross-examination then be carried out.

David Halpin MB BS FRCS - formerly senior surgeon in orthopaedic and
trauma surgery at Torbay Hospital and Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic
Hospital, Exeter. (791 words)

Está ficando difícil esconder...

'Kelly was Murdered' Says UK Intelligence Insider

Simon Aronowitz: ThoughtCrimeNews.com

Shocking new details about the death of Dr David Kelly emerged
exclusively today on the Alex Jones radio show. Michael Shrimpton, a
UK national security lawyer who was a guest on the show, revealed that
sources within MI5 and MI6 are `furious' that Kelly was murdered.

Shrimpton spoke in depth about the details of Kelly's murder on 17th
July 2003, information which has been withheld by the British press.

With apparent backing from the organisations whose members he claims
to speak for, Shrimpton presented their view that Dr Kelly had been
murdered by a team of assassins and the charade of an apparent suicide
was then played out to cover this up.

Speaking with impeccable credentials, including contributions to the
Journal for International Security Affairs and having previously given
a closed-doors confidential briefing the US Senate Intelligence
Committee, Shrimpton exploded the much-reported myth that Dr Kelly had
taken his own life.

He spoke of the probable method of Kelly's death, the group which most
likely carried out the assassination, who arranged it and finally
where the responsibility lies. Additionally, he explained the
political context and motive for Kelly's murder.

David Kelly went missing on 17th July 2003 and was found dead on 18th
July. In the previous days, Kelly had testified before Parliament's
Foreign Affairs Select Committee that he was not the source of a BBC
story which had accused the Government of making false claims about
Iraq's WMD. When Kelly's body was found, the British press quickly
reported it as a suicide, though several analysts had their doubts.

On Jones' show, Shrimpton explained how he had learned that David
Kelly was the BBC's source before the BBC disclosed this fact. He went
on to explain that his source from within the intelligence community
knew David Kelly personally, and did not believe that he had committed
suicide. After making their own enquiries, says Shrimpton, this source
determined that Dr Kelly had not committed suicide, but rather had
been assassinated.

Apparently at ease to discuss these explosive disclosures, Shrimpton
explained that there was advance knowledge of Kelly's death in
Whitehall, but that the deed itself was most likely carried out by the
French external security organisation, DGSE. There was no indication
that anybody in MI5 or MI6 had been involved. He went further by
suggesting that the hit squad itself was composed of Iraqis from the
former regime's Mukhabarat intelligence organisation, recruited from
Damascus with the help of Syria's own intelligence apparatus. They
were apparently then flown into Corsica, seven days prior to the
murder. He doubts that any of the hit-squad are still alive.

Officially, Kelly's body was said to have been found in a copse, in a
wood, but the forensic tents were set up in the adjacent field,
suggesting, says Shrimpton, that the body was found in the field.
This has not been explained to his satisfaction.

The incision in Kelly's wrist was probably to conceal the injection of
both Dextroprypoxythene, the active ingredient in Co-Proxamol, and
Succinylcholine, a muscle relaxant, rather than as evidence of his
bleeding to death, as highlighted by a group of six doctors in letters
published in the British press. Shrimpton further agreed with the
doctors by pointing out that Kelly only had one Co-Proxamol tablet in
his body and that this was not sufficient to kill him.

According to Shrimpton, Kelly was murdered because he had been talking
to the press and there was a fear of what else he might discuss with
journalists. Furthermore, Kelly was due to return to Iraq and may have
learned fresh information on that trip which Whitehall could not
afford to trust him with.

Shrimpton's appearance on Jones' show gave him the first public
opportunity to bring forward his information, since the story has been
effectively censored by the British Press, who according to Shrimpton
are concerned about losing the pro-Euro Tony Blair as Prime Minister
were they to publish details of Kelly's assassination. Blair's
departure, he says, could threaten Britain's proposed adoption of the
Euro as the national currency.

Whilst this story begins to circulate in the USA, the coverage in the
UK may well remain nil, whilst maneuvering behind the scenes attempts
to pre-empt Shrimpton's accusation of government-sanctioned murder of
one of its own operatives.

Only with public support, and a belief that this information should be
widely known, can this information be brought into the wide open and
covered by the mainstream media.

4 Bush Biographers--All Suicided
by Vince Foster Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004 at 5:35 PM

Four Bush biographers, Mark Lombardi, J.H. Hatfield, Danny Casalaro,
and now Gary Webb--all "suicide" victims. What are the odds all of
these people actually committing suicide?

Examining the male U.S.suicide rate for recent years
(http://www.suicidology.org/stats2001/1999datapage2.pdf), we can
extrapolate a conservative estimate of 17 male suicides per 100,000
people, or 0.017%. The odds of 4 specific, male biographers committing
suicide would be the 4th power of 17/100000, or 8.3521 4.913 x
10^-17...roughly 1 chance 10,000,000,000,000,000. About as good a
definition of impossible as you can get. A person would stand a better
chance of playing the Canadian lottery 6/49 exactly twice in one's
lifetime and winning ther grand jackpot BOTH TIMES! (That is, picking 6
numbers out of 49 possible numbers and matching all 6 numbers out of 6
random draws, on 2 separate occasions, and having only purchased two
Canadian lottery tickets ever.) This calculation should be regarded as
a conservative estimate: the actual odds against such a "coincidence"
would be much greater. For example, if any of the biographers were
female, the odds would be even greater.
