2001-05-14 I posted the message below.
This is a message that I received from someone else about how to resolve the
issue.
=====
I deleted the following registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Installer\Products\799411B8369C3D11BBD
A000CF495697A]
I believe this has fixed the problem. You might back up this registry key
and try it. It contains an erroneous location for the isscript.msi file
location.
=====
It worked for me.

Does anyone know where I can find ISScript.Msi?
When I install a program that uses Windows Installer it says that ISScript
is missing. When I cancel the find-operation the install will continue
normally.
How can I remove the message of the ISScript.Msi or where I can find
ISScript.Msi?
There is also a program called ISScript in my add/remove programs list. When
I try to uninstall this it will appear again after reboot.
