Error: 0x8007057

I searched in GOOGLE, and only found problems for: CPP
Builder, MS Outlook, and MS XML Soap DSK.

Just modified my components' registries (deleted
HKEY_USERS), imported my components to Component Database,
open the same project file in Target Designer, and got the
following error:

An error occurred while opening file: c:\myProj.slx. Code
= 0x8007057
Description = The parameter is incorrect.
----------------------------------------------

And this project file can never be opened again :(

Of course the easiest way to fix this problem is to re-
create the whole project. But this can be very serious if
this project had special settings that one forgot to back-
up.

Is this a bug?
How can I open my project again without re-creating it?
