Looking out the window, at the misty snow falling, I see I *should* have
been wearing my Evan Piccone knee high vinyl rainboots for the street, and
toted my Vardas along in my shoebag.

>The shoes I am wareing today are
Today, dark blue Converse One-Stars. (Not right now, I'm wearing no
shoes for the rest of the day--or at least that's what I have
planned.)
The shoes I am wearing today are:
Oxblood, 8-holed, brogues by Fratelli-Rosetti!
Had to goto court today... wanted to be a little
stylish, but not outrageous! The FR did the trick
for me... I've said it before and I'll say it again
They're just as comfortable as my Nike-Air Max's!!!!

I presume we don't have too much in common. I've bought my shoes from the
french Paraboot during the last year - shoes that I am (at last) really
pleased with, both design and quality.
they also come with life-time guarantee and specially made shoe-polish
for each model.
BTW - did anyone read the latest issue of Dazed&Confused? In an interview
Paul Smith and Rei Kawakubo talk about Le Corbusier. Uaaaaaaaaaaa... sometimes
you find these small little things in life that makes everything else seem
really irrelevant in comparison. An american would have said "better than sex"

Wow...these are becoming an alt.fashion staple! ;-) I am also wearing my
suede Converse One-Stars....the navy ones. I also own black and would
love to snap up a pair of the red ones but maybe I am going a bit
overboard.

I've got on these great (!) Fila workboots. Got them for $30 last year at
a clearance sale- they've got a real thick lug sole which has come in
handy more times than I'd care to admit here in Philadephia this winter.
Yes, it's even snowing right now!! I took a black marker and drew over
the Fila logo :)

Just another perfect day in paradise, here. About 78 degrees with the
bluest sky you can imagine. Going looking for a new car . . .
My new, pale dusty blue Karen Kane Tencel jeans (with the notched high
back). I bought a very narrow horizontal stripe Karen Kane t-shirt
with them that is the same pale blue w/ an alternating pink stripe.
It's tucked in to show the notch in the back of the jeans <g>. My rich
medium brown Cole Haan basketweave slip-on shoes go perfectly w/ my
belt of the same weave. Lucky me, the new Kenneth Cole bag I got last
week matches the shoes and belt. Other than that, Chanel #5 and
several carats of diamonds.
Cheers everyone,
Vivian

Today I'm wearing a soft and warm long sleeve mock turtle-neck pullover
in a cranberry from Hanes; a full length, very soft polyester skirt in
a paisely pattern with browns, black and cranberry from Jacques & Koko
that I purchased from Lane Bryant just after Xmas; mahogany Hanes SR hose;
navy flats from the Commuters line by Connie. A double strand of faux
pearls and dangly pearl earrings with a French hook are my only jewelry.
A touch of Design fragrance and Starlit Pink lipstick from Lauder finish
things up.
