there not rules, only a gentlemans agrement. if he chooses to subject himself
to hundreds of stations that dont wish to have him there this weekend then so
be it. i wont be on the air either way.

So in the freeband, a "gentleman's agreement" comprises "hundreds of
stations" forcing people off "their" frequencies?

Sounds more like anarchy, Tim. Too bad there's no one to complain to.
Since you choose not to live by any rules - you're not protected by
any either.

AH you say choose not to live by the rules your not protected by them??
you must be a commie or wannabe one,as I last looked this is still a
semi free country (USA) and even low life criminals have "rules" or
"rights",in fact many more than honest law abiding people, notice I did
not say citizens even aliens and commies alike are "protected",,another
favorite as you say social responsibily??? BS,,look at our "elected"
officials,enuff said 10-4

Actually in this instance Fred, Aaron is correct, the rules he is referring
to are the frequency assignments, the freq that tim and the other person are
both wanting to use are outside the 11m CB frequencies allotted by the FCC.
So since tim is runing outside the rules, the rules for 11m / CB will not
protect him.

If I point out freebanding is a crime I'm a "commie". Yeah, right. At
least be original. That's just Dave & Debby's act warmed-over.

Aaron, when was the last time you contributed to the NG with something that
wasnt you pointing out freebanding or amplifiers or illegal radio
shops/stores/web sites? I can vaguely remember 1 post, but im not even sure
i didnt just dream that in hopes that some day you would have something
other to say. I personally beleive people have caught on already.
Seriously, do you think no one has noticed your constant and numerious posts
about illegal radio equipment, rules and regs, etc? Its hard to miss a
minimum of 5 posts a day from someone, i dont care what you use to read the
NG heh.

Im not calling you a commie, just a one track minded person. Is this all
you do in your life, is point out stuff thats obvious to people day in and
day out? I bet if you asked the question to the NG "Who here things
freebanding and amplifiers are legal?" maybe 3 people, and thats a high
number, would speak up. Do you think that maybe you are getting into the
people who are "breaking the law"'s minds and changing peoples ways? Get
real.. you stand about as much of a chance doing that as i do winning the
power ball drawing.

But i guess everyone has dreams right? :)

Lutz? LMAO! Smart money says she can't even pronounce the name of the
town she is claiming to be coming to. Many small towns here are of
Indian descent and named as such.
She knows nothing of the area, as the irony of her statement being lost
upon herself cleary shows and entertains those of us that do.
As for her wish to meet with me, I don't slum.

BUT, if she feels so compelled that she just has to meet me, she may
provide a valid phone number to someone (like yourself) and you can
relay it to me (webtv blocked the known troublemakers from sending me
email)
and I will call her and permit her a short minute to provide a valid
credit card number to reserve at least a half/day trip. Or she can key
up and call for me like most people do. Just say "break-break-break
HELLOOO AUUUDIOOOOO TE TE TE TE TE TE TE TEST!, and say it with just an
ever so slight tinge of echo...QSL? <g>
