permission.

Ah, I didn't know that. That absolutely not acceptable, and I hope that
you get it back.
Although he might own the work you did while you were his employee, he
can't sell what you wrote before then (unless you signed it over as part
of your contract.)

Absolutely correct.
And his ownings are the obstacle that I cannot sell 3DTT without HIM again.
So since nobody can sell it on its own and there is no chance of coming
together the holy project is dead.
But as I wrote I will make 3DTT 2 soon.
