On the London Underground you may see advertisements for a bol.com &
ticket-on-line.co.uk promotion giving away a Ł7 BOL voucher for each
monthly or annual tube card bought.

Has anyone actually received this voucher?

It's been almost two months since I ordered a ticket and no voucher
yet. The good folks at ticket-on-line.co.uk simply refer my to BOL who
are either silent or offer false promises that I'll receive it soon.

The paltry sum's hardly worth going to court over, but I'm neither
rich nor agreeable to bait-and-switch tactics so I'll pursue this.

How do I gather evidence? I have proof of purchase of the rail pass
(which I'm happy with), but what about the third-party offer?
Obviously I can't take down Underground advertising--would a
photograph of the advert constitute evidence?

As a traveler from Australia, what are my other avenues of recourse?
