Hi,

just two things that I noticed in 1.0:
- Fullscreen (F11) levase Menu bar visible.
- can't return from print preview. closing just causes colors to appear.
(And then tasks disappeared (once) (new unzipping to get them back))

Btw. does anyone know what makes "tasks" disappear I had that in
different version.

I hope they will take there time with Beta testing in version 1.0. There
are a lot of bugs and especial latest changes seem to cause new bugs.

Ciao/2 Christoph

I cannot confirm this. All that is visible here is the small version of
the navigation toolbar.

If you close the browser while it is in fullscreen mode and then reopen it
and then select fullscreen mode, the menu will appear.

This is a crossplatform bug that has already been opened.

Pressing "F1" for Help in Mozilla still crashes the whole thing.

I notice that when you have a folder expanded in the sidebar, click a
link that opens a new instance (window), click to close the sidebar
branch in that new window, and then close the window; the next click
on the sidebar branch will DOUBLE the displayed headings.

Another click will close the headings and they will be normal when you
again click to open the branch.

It seems like a flag gets set somewhere on whether the branch is
expanded or not, and this flag gets reset in the parent when you click
in the child (although the display in the parent doesn't change until
you click on it).

This does NOT appear to be a problem in the IBM Web Browser 1.2, but I
think it was in the Mozilla .99 builds. I don't understand Bugzilla
well enough to try posting there.

I have still never been able to recreate this one.

I still think something else is going on on the system -- some sort of
enhancer or something.

Not everyone sees this.

Hi Mike,
you might be right, that it is somehow related to some quirks on my system
;-((. Doing some more testing I just found that while F1 works fine for
Communicator 4.61, Opera, EPM and many other programs for example, doing the
same from within E opens the help window for about 1/2 sec and then E and its
help are terminated and trying it with Netscape 2.02 also crashes the program :-((

That is the corresponding entry in Popup.log:

Duane, do you have the same/similar effects on your system?

Anybody any idea where to look for the problem? I already used Check.ini
several times.

Even odder, at least for E. Once help was opened once in a new instance of E,
using Alt-H or the mouse to access the helpmenu, all subsequent F1 requests
work like expected, without any more crashing. Unfortunately this doesn't work
for Warpzilla or NS2.02.

Wasn't there someone else seeing the F1 crash?

Maybe we can figure out what you both have on your system...

Rc1 crashes for me when I press F1 while viewing a mail message.

For me it doesn't matter if I hit F1 in any Browser or MailNews window. The
result always is a complete and imediate crash.
