I guess your drive is different, but mine has all the info on the spec
sticker on the top of the drive. It says,
Jumper No. Function
1 CSEL
2 SLAVE
3 MASTER
4 SINGLE
5-6 Usually off (used for factory testing, I think)
Hope this helps, It's also in the manual.

NEC CDR271 has same jumper positions as Aztech CDA-668: (and Acec 743 and
747)
top of drive

audio pins cableselect slave master 40pin connector 5v gnd gnd 12V

bottom of drive
the three jumper positions are 2.54mm apart and only one should
be installed.
