I am just getting acquainted with Visual C++ in Visual Studio .NET.

I have a project from VC++6 that converted to .NET. In VC++.NET, I simply
want to add a radio button to an already existing dialogbox but seem to be
getting a strange behavior from the .NET resource editor.

In the resource editor, I drug a radio button from the toolbox to the
dialogbox. But when I right-clicked to get the properties for the newly
added control, the properties dialog box pops up and shows "Selected Object"
instead of the control ID. The properties window edit control below, that
should display the properties of the control, is blank. I expected that
clicking the down arrow on the right side of the properties window combobox
should show a list of control IDs, but the list only shows "Selected Object"
for every entry. Clicking on the entries causes various controls to be
selected, but the property window always remains blank. Is there something
I am missing or have I tripped over a VS.NET bug? Any assistance would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
John
