whats up with my xbox putting scratches on my games. i
had madden 2002 for 2 days and already i noticed all kinda
of scratches and i noticed part of the disc is a darker
color than the rest of the disk. whats up with that?

weird, i play halo all the time and my disk is very
pretty.... football is a rough game by nature, people get
bruises and stuff all the time, maybe its just manifesting
itself on the disc? ;-)

My Xbox did the same thing right out of the box. Since I'd bought it from
Gamestop and didn't want to pay shipping, I sent it to Microsoft to be
fixed. They sent it back with a letter saying it was fixed, but it still
scratched any disk I put in it. It ended up back at Gamestop after all.
