rmctrl.exe need it or delete it?

hi yall,

got a little question for yall., i was browsing through my programs that
startup when i boot the computer....and i noticed an .exe called
_rmctrl.exe_. i clicked on it and choose properties form the right click
menmu and i cant find a version number or anything. was just wondering if
this was a standard part of windows XP or not...like the subject says, need
it or delete it?

Take a look at http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_full.htm
and do a page search for rmctrl.exe. The page says it belongs to PowerDVD
version 4. Have you ever installed it or did it come with your system?

ok, yeah, i installed powerdvd, just didnt know that it put something in
startup, thank you for the reply :)
