Anybody notice the strange tones yesterday at around 0730-0800 UTC on/around 5800 KHz?

Multiple ascending and descending tones in AM mode for about a half hour.
Definitely sounded like a test for a broadcaster?

Good, clear, strong signal (S-7 at least) here in Southern California

Was it on 5.800? I believe you were hearing H.A.A.R.P.

Wow, cool. Looked up the info on Google, thanks. It was on 5800. I've got a
short MP3 of it at home, maybe I'll put it up on my website. Interesting,
