I'm guessing that USB2 is unsupported on the P2B... correct? I'm using Bios
rev 1014 Beta 001.
Couldn't find the question being asked in the ng after a quick trawl through
Google.
Thanks

" Windows XP then finished booting up, I logged in and wouldn't you know, it
automatically detected the new devices - no driver required. Windows XP does
not ship with USB 2.0 support right out of the box so an update did have to
be installed through Microsoft Update. Once I finished installing the
update, the card was working as were all devices plugged into it.
Unfortunately though, the driver installation didn't go as smooth as I
thought. I started to get a prompt which stated that a USB 2.0 device was
not operating at USB 2.0 speeds and it turned out that one of the device
drivers required for USB 2.0 operation did not install. I had to wipe out
all of my USB related drivers via the device manager and let windows
reconfigure everything again after a reboot. I did test the installation
process on another system and Windows installed everything without a problem
the first time around.
After Windows reinstalled the Belkin USB device profiles again, everything
was working flawlessly, including USB 2.0 compatibility. I tested device
after device using the external ports and found no problems whatsoever. The
internal USB 2.0 port worked as expected as well. All in all, the
installation took about twenty minutes including driver installation and the
troubleshooting I had to do. It was a very easy installation. "
I hope this helps.

anyway, not sure what's happened with the card and the booting problem...
like I said, it didn't boot, but that was a few weeks ago... guess i'll have
to try it again!
