Hello. I'm from alt.bad.clams where these trolls have also been a
royal pain. Five of them have ab...@edsnews.co.uk in their headers,
which probably is useless. However, using WhoIs and other tools it's
fairly easy to find that "edsnews" is likely a single cable modem on
the Telewest aka BlueYonder system, over in the UK direction.
The five trolls using edsnews are Soapy (probably Edward Bernard, the
owner of "edsnews"), ą, knoxy, Steve Leyland, and "Nutcase".

Be sure to include the entire post with headers when writing to
blueyonder and plainly state that these people are violating the
charter or FAQ of the group. In the past I've found that it's best to
write a single email for each infraction, sending one offending post
at a time. If your email program allows you to set up a template that
you can just cut and paste into it can go very quickly.
