This has gone far enough. Your lies, slander and threats, plus stealing and
posting of my copyrighted work is out of hand. To accuse me or my company of
hacking any website is absolutely outrageous. I haven't said a word about any
company in over 3 years, because I grew up and moved on. Your malicious,
vindictive and unprofessional attitude is more than just upsetting, it is
criminal. It is also illegal.
This is no idle threat. We employ a criminal attorney. We will sue you for
libel, slander, harassment, copyright infringement and defamation of character.
You are not invisible or protected on the internet. Your jeremy9564,
radiojeremyhead and vryticklishfeet screen names (among others that are being
investigated) are all connected to your master screen name through AOL and your
credit card billing name and address. There is no way to erase your numerous
newsgroup postings, and the personal threatening e-mail to myself which have
been saved for evidence.
This is an official notice to cease and desist. If you do not cease and desist
all slander and violating acts immediately, you will be served with a lawsuit.

new owner of FootParadise. What a dumb thing to post in a newsgroup, and to
e-mail to me individually. You really should have done your homework before

but we have never found out by who, and we have never acccused you of doing it.

completely wrong in every way. i will be emailing you privately to discuss your
legal options, because unlike you, i don't think this matter needs to be
showboated on a public board. and why is this the first time we have heard from
you about this? why didn't you at least email us privately and discuss any
issues, or ask any questions, before posting this real "defamation of
character" text about us?
im absolutely stunned by what you just did. it has come from way out in left
field and is completely wrong. i'm sorry you've been attacked by people on this
group. so have we. constantly. it's no fun. but you had no business dragging us

ps- will the screen names she has accused us of being please at least step
forward and let everyone know you are not us? we know you are not us. you know

information to use for legal documentation, for proof that we have been

holy shit!! i have e-mails with angry threats from a couple of websites! im
gone 3 weeks and when i get home im diluged with hate mail! at first i was
blown away not knowing what the heck was going on,, and then i remembered a
problem ive had before with someone hijacking my info and e-mailing people
viruses from my screenname on aol!! i spoke with andre from ana and he said
the same thing has happened to him,, then i checked arround and found that
other people were having the same problems,,,i do not know how this person has
obtained my info! i have no idea what this person has done while using my
screenname or account info! i spoke to someone at aol for the 3 rd freakin
time! they told me someone was using my info and the corrected the problem and
told me to change my passwords which i have never done in 5 years online ( i
guess its time ) anyway, to those who hurt in any way by this depraved
imposter! i am truly sorry : ( i have changed all my passwords,,, those who
know me from my posts in this newsgroup know me to be a very respectful and
easygoing individual who would NEVER! run amuck in this fashion,,,,

to scare the pants off you, that is the exact day you suspiciously arrive home
from your make believe vacation and pull the "Oh my! Someone has logged into my
account and has been posting nasty things but it wasn't me" routine. Come on

looked back at you're posts much further back than 3 weeks ago (the time you
claim to have been on vacation and not posting anything) and your posts are not
very nice most of the time. Ha ha ha! It seems to me your recent posts about FP
fit right in with your average ways of posting. I've concluded that you are
scared to death of some phantom law suit that would never, could never happen,
so you made up this totally unbelievable story that you're screen name was

I know. It's all bullshit. It's all a big bluff and nothing more. It sure
worked on Vryticklishfeet though. But the truth is that they have no case of
any kind. This is screen names posting on a fetish "jack off" newsgroup and
that's all it is. Who's gonna care? What I'd like to see though is both FP and
Femfart spend their money fighting each other. That would be sort of like my
