Server 2003 Error after Install

I have just set up a new Win2K3 Server, and upon reboot I
the DHCP Client Service fails to start. I get the
following error in the error log:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7023
Date: 10/17/2003
Time: 8:26:18 AM
User: N/A
Computer: JUNO
Description:
The DHCP Client service terminated with the following
error:
Access is denied.

I followed the link provided, but it was of no help, and
I can not seem to resolve this error and get the DHCP
Client service to start properly.

FWIW, the DHCP Client service is set to log in as "NT
Authority\NetworkService"...

I can't seem to find anything in the knowledge base,
Technet, or even on Google about this problem. Has
anyone on this list encountered this and solved it?

Do you have any GPO's that are assigned to this computer?

It is possible that the service is disabled in the GPO.
