Picked this sim up the other day and unfortunately, I am unable to find
any support for it anywhere. Are there any sites that deal with this
sim in forums or otherwise? TIA

Are you just looking for a patch?

There's one patch, places like Avault.com should have it, or Games Domain. The
best review of it was by Lloyd Case, try looking it up. It's got good and
bad--flight models good; enemy AI bad.
Of course, BF 1942 makes it look like EAW.

There isn't enough support on this planet that could help this sim.

Trust me, fellow simmers. I am fully aware of this sims shortcomings.
However, it does portray a part of the war that was not covered by any
other sim. Therefore it will occupy a place in my game cd rack along with
all the others. I have several different sims up to and including IL-2,
and each is there for a different reason. IE. Jane's WWII Fighters is
there because of the ground attack missions, CFS2 for the Pacific, etc. LC
deserves a place simply because it follows the Luftwaffe exclusively
including the Spanish Civil War. I was hoping there might still be a few
who flew this sim, but I guess not.

I still have it sitting in my archive shelf (can't even give it away).
Patched it and tried really hard to play it but alas, it's not playable, at
least to any degree of enjoyment. Pity, as you say the concept of the
Spanish war is excellent.

Is not this the sim where they have realistic training?

Bye bye,

If you get EAW and obtain the EAW STAB utility you can swap in Spanish
terrain textures. These do look quite good. I'm not sure if anyone has
built any civil war missions; probably worth a look.

FWIW, I finished it and enjoyed it very much. Did you patch it with the
last patch before you tried it?
