Deleting a excel spreadsheet

I have an Excel spreadsheet document on a Team Services
site which I cannot delete. The site will not allow me to
delete it. When I attempt to, I get this message:
Error
Cannot remove file "DEMANDE DE BID_QUEMUNI.xls".

Does the file exist on the webserver itself? If you open the document
library in windows explorer, you should be able to tell. It might be a
reference in the SPTS DB that shouldn't be there at all.
