Stiff sentence for Hells B.C. gangster caught in drug sting

A high-ranking B.C. Hells Angel caught in a Manitoba drug sting has
been sentenced to 101/2 years in prison.
Lester Jones, 36, pleaded guilty in a Winnipeg court room yesterday to
one count of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine.
Jones, one-time vice-president of the outlaw bikers' Kelowna chapter,
was among 18 people arrested last December following a year-long
undercover police investigation targeting organized crime dubbed
Project Drill.
Jones was sentenced to 10 years on the drug charge and another six
months in lieu of a $20,000 fine, a sum equal to his share of the
spoils from a two-kilogram cocaine deal involving an undercover police
agent.
Long-time Jones confidante and career criminal Scott Robertson was
paid $500,000 to buy drugs from Project Drill suspects while police
recorded the proceedings. Among those caught in Project Drill's net
are several Hells Angels and associates and local Hells Angels
president Dale Donovan.
'LAUNDRY LIST'
Court heard Robertson approached Jones in February 2007 about
supplying cocaine for the Manitoba market. At the time, Jones was
affiliated with the Hells Angels' Calgary chapter. Weeks later, the
men met in Calgary where they arranged the exchange of 2 kg of
cocaine, an exchange ultimately carried out at a Winnipeg fast-food
restaurant.
In April 2007, Robertson attended a pig roast at the gang's Calgary
clubhouse and left $72,000 in cash for the drugs.
Crown attorney Chris Mainela said Robertson was involved in a "laundry
list of misbehaviour" during the operation -- including assaults, drug
use, and stealing property -- but maintained his misdeeds did nothing
to taint the operation.
(Greg-There is supposed to be judicial oversight of these police agent
actions but it is sorely lacking. )
"He's a human listening post," Mainela said. "The evidence comes from
intercepted communications."
Jones' guilty plea saved the justice system a costly and lengthy trial
and spared police from providing extra security in the event Robertson
was required to testify in court.
"The act of a Hells Angel coming into a court room and pleading guilty
to a serious charge is a significant one," Mainela said, noting Jones
"could have got three or four more years for this offence easily and
he did the reasonable thing by pleading guilty."

One local media outlet has stated that a motorcycle gang was
responsible for the worst homicide in Surrey history. You would think
the police and authorities would use this as an excuse to crackdown on
these miscreants but instead they are letting it go in this case.

extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child
pornography
as well as phony currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be
rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Two judges have actually done their
job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.

The White Rock chapter Sgt.Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for
the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All
the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.
Ppl are trying to get HAMC listed as a terrorist org. If you support
this
then write letters to editors of local newspapers and your local MP.
As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC before he resigned has
advocated banning
the wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Perhaps
John VanDongen can finish the job he started. Since HA
is
known to frequent Brandi’s and the Cecil and has links to
various bars in BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a
history of intimidating
bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.
VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
Colleen Reiter (Ryder?) of Surrey was killed by HAMC but the RCMP
refuse to confirm this.
