More wonderful people

I have received a wonderfull gift that I want to share with you.

I had the opportunity to build online friendship with two great human
beings, sister and brother. They both play piano, so, music is an
important topic. By exchanging e-mails, I told them that I like very
much one particular piece called 梁祝 (LiangZhu), known as Butterfly
Lovers into English.

As you might know, I used that piece in a video about Zhang Hanzhi´s
life and her loved husband Qiao Guanhua as part of my tribute to her
life. She is one of the several people who inspire my life. Anyway, I
am posting that video here, if you want to watch it now.

They asked about my interest on her and I replied. Zhang Hanzhi was a
diplomat, she was involved in agreements with other countries too. Her
field was politic agreements, mine is economics. I think that the
subject is not so important as the fact that we have to prepare our
mind for agreements with people who have a different mind-set than
ours. That is one reason because I look for inspiration on her.

Also, hopefully I will have a family. Zhang Hanzhi sustained the
between personal and professional life along her life although her job
was really demanding and her husband´s job too (foreign affairs
minister for years). She did not want to be parted from him therefore
she declined to become the China´s first female ambassador. She, her
husband and her daughter was always a harmonious and loving family, I
guess that she had to fix those unavoidable conflicts that appear into
all families, I guess that it is part of life. She obviously did a
great job fixing them and keeping love and harmony, even during the
worst days when they both, husband and wife, lost their professional
job and status and they moved to a different city, new challenges.
This is a second reason, I hope I can do a good job keeping my family
in harmony as she did, even in difficult circumstances.

They replied with that piece performed by one of them, Angeni, 8 years
old. She is still learning that theme. But if they have the feelings
ready for such a gift to me, they will have their feelings and their
creation capacity ready to make many to enjoy life a bit more. Thus, I
foresee a wonderful life for both. This is their gift.

This second one describes the story behind the music.

"The Butterfly Lovers or Liang Zhu is a Chinese legend about the
tragic romance between two lovers, Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai
A young woman named Zhu Yingtai from Shangyu, Zhejiang, disguised
herself as a man travelling to Hangzhou to study. During her journey,
she met and joined Liang Shanbo, a companion schoolmate from Kuaiji (會
稽, Kuàijī, now known as Shaoxing) in the same province. They studied
together for three years, during which their relationship
strengthened. When the two parted, Zhu offered to arrange for Liang to
marry her 16 year-old fictitious sister. When Liang travelled to Zhu's
home, he discovered her true gender. Although they were devoted and
passionate about each other at that point, Zhu was already engaged
with Ma Wencai (馬文才, Mǎ Wéncái), a man her parents had arranged for
her to be married to. Depressed, Liang died in office as a county
magistrate. On the day Zhu was to be married to Ma, whirlwinds
prevented the wedding procession from escorting Zhu beyond Liang's
tomb. Zhu left the procession to pay her respects for Liang. Liang's
tomb split apart, and Zhu dived into it to join him. A pair of
butterflies emerged from the tomb and flew away."

In my video about Zhang Hanzhi, those butterflies emerging from the
tomb are represented by one plane taking off.

That's very cute! Very talented little guy. I love the end when he
finishes he has that "typical little boy look" like he is saying, Ok,
