Virtual labs project

Hi,

I am Sushanth Poojary from the Virtual labs project.We are working on developing systems around the NKN.
For the those who are not aware of NKN please go to http://www.mit.gov.in/content/national-knowledge-network

We are looking for volunteer developers with proficiency in PHP,Javascript and Mysql, will also need to have good understanding
of web based systems.

Hope you wont want to miss this chance to work on a National level project and contribute to your country's growth.

Can a non iitian participate in this virtual labs
project.......?
Also i want to know that i have a ok-ok sort of
knowledge in PHP and MYSQL
as i am using them in my website creation....but i
am good in programming so can i take part in this project.....
Presently i am in 3rd semester CSE in NIT srinagar.
