i am trying to update my nokia phone software with NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER .The problem is, it needs internet connection to even start up, and IDK why , nokia guys haven't including proxy settings in the application. Now what i need is, some software the can run locally and can route its requests through proxies.  Am not talking about proxy bypassing. Is there something like, a software can collect all the internet requests originating from my PC, use the proxy settings configured in it, and hence service the requests and return back the responces. Any ideas how to do it??
What i can up with was fiddler. But can't get it working :(

Just install CCProxy. Configure it so that it acts as an intermediate proxy server. Your applications use localhost:808 (or some other port) as the proxy and CCProxy cascades it to netmon.iitb.ac.in:80

Next use netsh on the command prompt to configure system wide http proxy to localhost:808 (Google for details)
