web2py 1.75.2 is Out

- no more cron with -S option
- ability to override/upgrade and app
- gluon.tools.prettydate
- crud.archive
- better uuid avoids conflicts on replicated servers in the cloud

We moved from EC2 to VPS.net. Much cheaper and easier to manage
(automatic nightly, weekly and monthly backups for example). Let's see
how it goes.
