Thanks Alan and Marek for the donations.

My plan was to mention donations each month on the group, but I got a bit discouraged a bit because we got only two donations last year (one again from Marek).

and only realized it was an option because of this post. I don't know

Watir contributors do not get any money, it will be used for paying the hosting, domains and stuff like that.

If we get a lot of donations, it would be great if we could pay somebody to develop some code, write some documentation (a book maybe)...

Maybe we should accept donations for bugs. If you donate money and say you would like a bug to be fixed, the bug goes up in to-do list. :)

The donations for bugs idea is great.

I remember the Mantis project having something similar for feature requests, but I don't think it ever worked.

There were several donations for a "multi user issue assignment" feature that never got implemented.

I'll donate next month :)
