warp-persist 2.0 release?

I know there have been several questions posted already asking about
the 2.0 release. What I would like to ask is if there is help needed
to get the 2.0 release ready?

We use the snapshot version at the moment but the Maven release plugin
does not allow building releases which include snapshot releases.
And for production code it anyway feels better to use an official
release.

Rather than a release, our plan is to wrap up and move it to an extension called guice-persist. Unfortunately, this may not be super speedy coz we have to coordinate guice team members' time to get it released, reviewed, redesigned and migrated (and internally migrated). But I am committed to making this happen in a month or two.
