I need someone to take over sublease for next semester. The room is
ready to move in anytime.

It is in:

Oakbridge apartments
2 bedroom apt. 1 Room available, other room already is already taken.
Rent: $330/month
Utilities included: water, trash, snow, sewage etc.
Utilities not included: Electricity, cable/internet
Total rent comes out to be : 380-390/month

Features:
Walking distance from Campus.
India Garden right outside the apt complex.
Buses available as well to campus and around town.
1 Bathroom
Large Kitchen
Large Living room
everything is already set except for the room to be rented.
community laundry.
Clean and Neat apt and the community as well.
Swimming pool, basket ball courts etc.
