Problem with vimwiki

I installed vimwiki, but the ftplugin is not getting sourced. The
global mappings seem to work, but the local mappings that get set in
the ftplugin are not working. The filetype is getting set, but the
ftplugin is not loading. Any ideas what could be the problem?
