Hi Eric,

Have these gone out yet?  I’d like to know if I need to go looking for them in our internal mail.  J

Hi Khris,

I'll forward this request to Eric Krisfelt for his help on this. He'll be back in touch in order to get this to you.

Strange that you could not get it to work, huh? Either way, we'll get you what you need.

I have the same problem.  However, most people in building 30 do not.  Would you file an internal support log with our IT folks and see if they can figure it out.  I’m 99% sure it’s an IE settings issue.  Steven Foster has no problems, if you want to compare settings.

Hi Khris,

We were able to play the videos after we modified some of the internet options based on our IT team’s suggestions.

Thanks for your help!

Dear Surani,

As discussed this training videos requires Adobe flash player 9 or later. If Adobe flash player is not available in the system it will prompt for installation.

We observed that multiple proxy settings are there in your system and IN-SP3D13 system. After changing the proxy settings we are able to play the training videos (of Version ONE).  The proxy setting should be http://in-mon05.ingrnet.com/india-proxy.pac. Please find the screen shot for your reference.  Please make sure that the same proxy settings are there in other systems.

Please check and let us know if any issues.

Hi Ravi,

We are not able to play some training videos (of Version ONE) from our systems. The support team of VersionONE suggested that it could be a problem with the blocking of some ports.

Could you please check and let us know? The link to the videos is: http://pm.versionone.com/EnterpriseTour.html.

Thanks,

Surani

Hi Surani,

Can you check with Intergraph India’s network IT and see if there’s anything blocking the ports?

Hi Khris,

I really do not know because their network admins would have the knowledge about what ports are being blocked.

Their best bet is to show the video to their IT admins and then let them do their thing.

Hi John,

I’m suspicious of Intergraph India’s network.  What should I ask or tell them to look for?

Hi Khris,

Thanks for letting us know. If you need to watch the Product Tour video, here is a link from our main corporate website - http://pm.versionone.com/EnterpriseTour.html. A lot of the times, IT networks will block video ports and no matter what happens you'd be unable to view them.

If this continues to be a problem, your V1 acct mgr may be able to burn those to DVD for you. Please let me know.

Here to help,

John

Hi,

Teams in India are not able to view the VersionOne videos.  See error message below (Stream Not found).  I tried to view a video from Huntsville (Product Tour: http://demos.versionone.com/video/Product_Tour/Product_Tour.html), and the video never came up.  It just showed an infinite circle.
