Offender has decided to set up a website. Quite a nice website as a
matter of fact but the address given as his company doesn't exist.
I'm sure other info on there is borrowed or stolen or out-and-out
lies.
I think he has a good idea and maybe he really is trying to go
straight. NOT! Considering Harris' past record, people should be real
hesitant to do business with him unless, he supplies the resume and
then the customer pays. This would allow him to prove that he's
really doing a legit business.
Harris still has 10 victims to repay in Montreal. The Small Claims
Court has ordered him to pay and he'll get no rest until he does. He
should have repaid those victims instead of vacationing in Thailand
for the last 18 months.

Vancouver Police Fraud Squad if you have been scammed by Harris
Black.
Harris Black was questioned by Police at 8:30 p.m. July 18th on the
streets of Vancouver. The freedom of information act will allow me to
