ALLMA TWISTING MACHINES 2004:
1 twistmachine with 24 positions
1 twistmachine with 24 positions
One line has a nameplate and is from year 2004. The other one has no nameplate, but the positions are from the same year and can be mounted on a command.
It is possible to make one line of 2 x 24 positions= 48 positions.
Please note: from the 48 positions, 36 spindles have had a maintenance only the last 12 spindles need maintenance and some replacement of worn parts.
So the 36 spindles can used immediately
Machine can at this moment be inspected in running condition.
The Saurer Allma (and the ICBT machines) were used for Artificial Grass Monofilament yarns.
The sizes are:
Feed package (=flanged bobbin)
- Flange diameter = 260 mm (pot diameter – 320 mm)
- Height bobbin = 310 mm (including flange thickness)
- Shaft diameter = 40 mm
Final package = cardboard sleeve (type BCF)
- Sleeve diameter = 72 mm
- Length sleeve = 290 mm
- Other types are also possible. Then you need to replace the settings on the winder (used to be 90 x 290 mm)
